The Quartz Glass range of heaters from Aqua One are constructed using GH Quartz glass for superior quality compared to their standard glass models, and offering better structural reslience and protection against rapid temperature changes. The temperature of these heaters is adjustable between 20 and 34 degrees celcius, giving you control over your aquarium's temperature.
As with Aqua One's standard range of glass heaters, these heaters should remain submerged fully while in operation, as this cools the heater itself and prevents it from overheating.
The strong protective casing in this range also raises the resilience of this heater, and protects it from bumps, damage from large and boistrous fish, and being damaged by rockwork.
Additionally, the built-in thermal shut-off offers you peace of mind in the safety of the product as it will shut off to provent against overheating if the water level were to drop and expose the heater to the air.
